The room had a nice king-size bed and included a fridge and microwave, which I found very convenient. Being close to the I-35 highway made getting around easy. It's near local attractions, saving travel time. The cleanliness was a significant issue. Upon arrival, there were signs of dirt and old stains on the furniture. My coffee maker hadn't been cleaned, and I found bugs in the room. On top of that, the air conditioning didn't work properly. The desk staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. They placed me far from the entrance. It felt frustrating as I expected more for the price I paid. I hope the cleanliness standards improve in the future.

The homemade ice-cream at a nearby joint was a dream! I also loved the comfy bed and decent pillows. It reminded me of being wrapped in a hug at night.

Everything was typical for a hotel, but the housekeeping knocked on the door early in the morning just to stare and say sorry till they left. Checked in late and would have loved to have slept.

We had a great stay in a long time. Everything was great, nevertheless we stayed for 1 night only. The room was nice and convenient and having a safe, cable TV and a fridge in it was convenient. The location was marvellous and convenient, in the middle of jackson, convenient to go everywhere.

They couldn't even find my reservation upon check-in, unacceptable. The room was scorching hot, and it took hours for the air conditioning to be adequate enough to sleep comfortably. This whole situation left me frustrated and questioning my choice to stay here.

Housekeeping service was prompt, though I was disturbed early in the morning when they knocked and didn't seem to have a clear purpose. The room was clean with comfortable pillows and provided warm heating during chilly nights. The staff was accommodating and responsive to requests. Internet connectivity was decent and allowed for smooth browsing experience. The pool area had room for cleanliness improvements but was enjoyable overall.

No rolling luggage carts were available, and I was placed on the far side of the hotel, making it inconvenient to carry my luggage.
